Nutrition and hydration
When you catch a cold, you may have a sore throat and lose your appetite.
In such a case, it is better not to force yourself to eat…but it will make you weak and slow down the healing process, so try to take in liquid nutrition such as vegetable soup. Nutrients such as vitamin C and A strengthen the skin and mucous membranes and improve the function of white blood cells.
Alcohol should be avoided as much as possible (^^;)
If you have a good appetite, I recommend adding shredded ginger to porridge or rice porridge.
