I am a person who doesn’t go to the movies often and never go to see the same movie several times.
Maybe once or twice a year?
I’d like to introduce some of the films I’ve actually seen because I thought “I want to see this. However, there are always bad reviews for every movie, and it is just a matter of chemistry. I went to see this movie on a hunch, so please don’t take offense to that.
The Dragon and the Freckled Princess
Mamoru Hosoda is famous for Summer Wars. I thought young people might like a story about entering a virtual space and saving the world.
I would probably adore it. I saw the trailer for this movie and was so bewitched that I headed directly to the movie theater.
The songs are very good.
Kaho Nakamura is an artist based in Kyoto. She sings powerful songs that will bring you a feeling of deep emotion.
The actual evaluation seems to be that the songs were the main focus and the story was scattered. I thought it was mainly about the songs, too.
I guess it is music. So did you feel like you went to a movie theater to listen to the overwhelming singing in the space?
The story itself was not so bad… but I guess it was due to the beauty of the images. I am not interested in Mamoru Hosoda himself, so this is my impression.
Matrix Resurrections
No~ I mean, I think a lot of people are inspired by the Matrix if they know some things about the world, don’t you think? Right?
The Matrix is interesting at the beginning, but this time I went out to the movie theater because it seemed to be the last movie.
Keanu is old with a beard and no memory… and another name? I thought he was doing a good job with the action.
Constantine” is my favorite movie starring Keanu. You can watch it on Amazon prime if you like.
Nowadays, most of the movies are made almost entirely with CG. I still prefer the old days, but that’s the times we live in, so I’ll wait and see… It was cool.

Avatar: Way of Water
I didn’t see the first one in person, but I went to see this one. It’s a gut feeling.
The running time is about 3 hours. ！！！！！！ I didn’t care and just watched it.
The beauty of the images is overwhelming. I was so impressed by the CG that I wondered how far it had progressed. You really should see this in a movie theater.
I was also struck by the struggle between the inhabitants of the planet and the humans. I highly recommend you to watch this movie to immerse yourself in the blue world and the way of life of extraterrestrials.
THE BATMAN
You like these evil stories. Batman as a dark hero.
Not so much evil as perfect evil, but a hero who is troubled by his feelings…. It was a little bit difficult to watch because it starts from a dim atmosphere.
It’s a story about a man who deduces the truth of a case and follows it up.
Come to think of it, I think this one had a long screening time too…!
I guess it is like thinking about human psychology.
New Ultraman
I don’t remember why I decided to go see it, but I did. But it was interesting.
The script was written by Hideaki Anno, who directed Evangelion. After the screening, there were many people who criticized the movie, but I think most people who criticize only look at the surface…. I laughed at the fact that Masami Nagasawa became life-size, but that’s not the point.
I will put up these lines.

Personally, I liked Koshi Yamamoto who played Mephilus. lol

This kind of atmosphere suits Kamen Rider well. Maybe it is because insects are the motif.
