The title may sound a little harsh, but please understand that I’m not trying to be discriminatory. It’s mostly a question of human nature.
I’ve worked in nursing care before, so I think I understand how hard it is. And actually experiencing it myself, I didn’t have any particular problems with providing care. It was hard for people with big bodies though… (^^;)
I was in my 20s at the time, so it might be a little more tiring now.
The difficulty was in dealing with the person’s personality. Dementia can also change a person’s personality, so I’ve had difficulties with some people.
It’s really tough. It’s a series of near-misses. If you don’t know how to provide care, you can hurt the person. It also has to do with your own physical condition.
It’s all rather unrewarding, so I think they should raise the pay a bit more. There is a cap on the nursing care compensation, so it’s difficult to do that…
I have also worked with a girl who was born with cerebral palsy.
It’s okay to be a little selfish. That’s because if you don’t express it like that, it won’t get across. I’m sure there are care staff who get fed up with this, but even if we have healthy bodies now, we never know what might happen in the future, and there’s a chance that we were born with a disabled body at least once in a past life.
We just don’t remember it.

However, there is a risk that this could become excessive depending on how the adults around them treat them. It seems that the girl who caused a stir at the wheelchair fire at AEON Cinema has done something again… There was a lot of verbal abuse from people with immature minds, who only had different perspectives and who had become well-known influencers.
Even if there were also problems with her personality, if you think about it calmly, anyone who has lived with a disability since childhood could have said or done something inappropriate like this.
If you don’t have much experience with the soul, you’re bound to make mistakes.
It could have been me this time.
Basically, the people with disabilities I’ve met have often had pure hearts, but if you have a high level of intelligence and live an unreasonable life, that’s probably what happens.
If this can change the way companies operate by communicating with the world through our mutual ideas, then we can say that the controversy was a good thing after all… (although it probably wasn’t that good).
The rest depends on the person’s mindset and spirituality.
I don’t think there are any coincidences in this world. I think that having a disability is born out of the meaning of helping each other.
You can’t talk about it with logic alone.
You can’t talk about it with feelings alone.
Instead of fighting with someone who doesn’t care about you, focus on yourself. That’s all.
