The Roswell UFO Crash Incident
In 1947, a famous incident occurred near Roswell, New Mexico, USA, where what appeared to be an Unidentified Flying Object (UFO) crashed. Initially, the U.S. Air Force announced they had “recovered a flying disc,” but quickly corrected it to “it was a weather balloon.” This contradictory reporting triggered a large-scale conspiracy theory. For decades thereafter, various rumors circulated, such as “alien bodies were recovered,” “they were researched in an underground facility,” and “the government is hiding the truth,” but officially, no evidence has ever been confirmed.
While the government immediately announced it was a “weather balloon,” theories persist in some circles that “alien bodies were recovered” and that “they made secret contact with surviving extraterrestrials.” Later, the urban legend of “Project Serpo” emerged, spreading claims that the U.S. had secretly made contact with extraterrestrials.

Long before this Choshi incident, and 144 years before the Roswell incident stirred up the world with UFO talk, a record exists of what appears to be a UFO being sighted near Choshi. This was an Edo period incident in 1803 (Kyōwa 3), where an “Utsuro-bune” (hollow ship) appeared off the coast of “Harayadōri” beach in Hitachi Province, carrying a woman of foreign appearance who spoke an unintelligible language and was carefully holding a box. Numerous Edo period documents related to this story depict a vehicle resembling a UFO.
They did not fear; instead, they treated the alien beings “as fellow humans.” Rather than immediately reporting to national authorities, they chose the fundamentally human and natural response of “helping a life in distress.”
What about America’s response? In the Roswell incident, the military immediately sealed off the site, suppressed information, and reportedly captured the aliens as “subjects.”
Project Serpo and Alien Diplomacy
Project Serpo is an urban legend that began circulating on U.S. conspiracy theory websites around 2005. Its storyline consists of:
- Contact between surviving extraterrestrials (Serpo aliens) and the Earth’s government after the Roswell incident.

“Japanese people have high spirituality and are favored by aliens.” “Because they have the YAP gene, they are suitable for space migration.” “They are targeted by the Deep State.” These are recurring themes in the spiritual and metaphysical communities. However, these are based on mystical perspectives and are not scientifically, diplomatically, or genetically proven facts.
“Trust” vs. “Fear”: The Future Shaped by Different Responses
These two different responses are said to have created a significant difference in the extraterrestrials’ “impression of Earthlings.” The extraterrestrials whose lives were saved in the waters off Ibaraki developed positive feelings towards Japan. Conversely, they felt disappointment towards America, perceiving themselves as “objects of control and experimentation.” Some people claim that what the Serpo aliens truly sought afterward was not weaponry or negotiations, but genuine interaction with Earthlings who possessed “empathetic hearts.” What they truly sought was not technological exchange or intellectual domination, but “beings who would treat them as equals”—and that might have been the Japanese.
Why Are Japanese People Targeted?

- “That’s why the dark forces (DS) fear Japanese people.”
- “Because they are a people with high spirituality and a vibration of compassion for others, they resonate with beings close to cosmic truth.”
Whether you believe it or not is up to you. But if this series of stories were true, then that one single action of “treating extraterrestrials kindly” might have changed the future.
The Occupants of the Roswell UFO Looked Japanese
It is said that when the bodies of the three occupants of the crashed UFO in Roswell were examined, the YAP gene was found in their bodies.
The Dead Sea Scrolls are fragments of ancient Jewish texts discovered in caves in Qumran, Israel, in the mid-20th century. These documents contain descriptions of:
- Beings who descended from heaven (Anunnaki or Nephilim).
